The Red Ball is aimed at kids aged 4-7 years old. It focuses on developing eye-hand coordination, throwing catching court movement. The necessary skills of forehand and backhand strokes are learned. There is no bounce or one bounce to throw overarm and underarm and catch a ball. This Red Ball stage makes teaching more fun, so the player loves the game, follows the coach’s instructions, and enjoys the training.
Easy to control and understand the forehand, backhand, and volley techniques. It is played on a court measuring 36-42ft (10.97-12.8m) x 14-20ft (4.27-6.1m). The size of the red ball is 8-9cm in diameter and has a rebound height of 85-105cm. The recommended racket sizes for Red (Stage 3) are 17-23 inches (43-58.4cm). The net height can be 0.8-0.838m high at the center for Red, 0.114m lower than the full court net.
